39...and looking good:)

We started out Doug's birthday with breakfast! Yummy muffins and smoothies:) (thank you Blend Tec).

The girls were playing laundry basket train when Doug and I got in from dinner that evening.
The little girls were having the time of their lives. I love it when the big girls can find something fun and nice to do while we are gone:)

A very happy Vivien.

Doug and his cake...yummy:)

When Grandma and Grandpa got here the celebration could begin!

This was Ava's b-day present to Daddy. She made these people, colored, drew, etc. and then cut them out. It is Ava and her Dad:)

Happy Birthday Daddy! Looking Good:)

An anniversary and a snow day

I could not believe the irony of my Vivi, dressed as a bride on my anniversary December 29. It was funny because the girls did not even know it was our anniversary. All of the sisters got out the new designer me and dressed Vivien as one darling bride:)

Here is Vivien enjoying the limelight and I know Lexi was also enjoying being the photographer.

I can't believe so many years ago on this exact day I was the one dressed as the bride. Now, my little daughter is enjoying a bride dress up day...who would of thought? Not me!

Vivi took this VERY seriously!

Janae and Doug...Happy anniversary, to... the one true love of my life!

The girls also enjoyed a full on day of a snow play day. I was a bit bummed to have to deal with so much snow on our day...but, it was fine, the little girls had fun:)

Nicolette LOVES the snow! She loves life and to follow her sisters everywhere!

It cracks me up to look at how much snow there is compared to this one little toddler. This was a serious snow day!

Merry Christmas!

Here is the Christmas line up. Every year the girls line up youngest to oldest, and then we come out of the hall to see what Santa brought. Nicolette was asleep last year and missed the line up. She made it this year! Lexi is clearly trying to boycott the line...

Christmas morning sticky buns...so yummy! This is what they look like Christmas Eve.

Here they are Christmas morning before they go into the oven. They raise beautifully overnight.

Lexi with her new fun gift.

Lilli with her new Julie:)

Vivien and Nicolette spent lots of time in their new chairs from Mammy. The chairs are perfect for rocking their new babies:)

Nicolette received twins this Christmas! She named them "baby" and "Dolly".

Vivien loved her doll that really drinks...fun stuff going on here!

Mommy was feeling VERY spoiled this year...Wow Daddy you ROCK:)

Nicolette enjoying both chairs instead of one.

Lilli dressing Ava up in our new Designer me out fits...very fun:)

Ava has a serious sewing bug. Ask either of her Grandma's and they will tell you how obsessed Ava is with sewing. Being the non-sewer that I am...I have hope of her being my seamstress one day:)

Nicolette....still playing with her babies:)

Vivien and Nicolette spent most of their day taking care of babies.

Nicolette spent some time doing this too.

Lilli's new prized possession. Her quilt for her American Girl Doll. Made especially by Grandma:)

Merry Christmas Ava:) I love this picture of Ava in her new robe. It is definitely the fluffiest, softest robe around. You can tell from the look on her face how she is enjoying it.

Christmas Day 2008...what a great day to remember:)
